SheLeads: Elevating Young Women's Careers in the Digital Age

SheLeads aims to empower and support young people with emphasis on young women to boost their entrepreneurial, digital skills and competences with the use of Artificial Intelligence, and be in a better position to find good career opportunities and integrate into the labour market with the ultimate outcome of reducing young woman NEET unemployment.

The general objectives of the project are:

  • Build the capacity of 100 youth workers to support young people with focus on young women to boost their skills and competences for employment and entrepreneurship, through utilising digital tools, and AI tools, (Priorities 2&3) WP2
  • Strengthen entrepreneurial skills of 170 young people, with focus on young women, on soft transferable skills, to better prepare them for the labour market (Priorities 1 &2) WP3 and WP5
  • Develop innovative quality resources for youth workers and young people to promote skills for employability and entrepreneurship (Priorities 2&3) WP3
  • Promote gender equality by employing gender-sensitive approaches (Priority 1) WP1 and WP3
