In the framework of the SciFiEd project, teacher training workshops are being completed during the month of March in all the partner countries. In Cyprus, these workshops were held on the 13th, 14th, and 18th of March at the University of Nicosia.

The Alphabets of Europe (AlphaEU) Consortium has successfully completed the development of the digital alphabet books and activities that form one of the major deliverables within the framework of the AlphaEU project.

The second partner meeting took place on May 30-31, 2013 in Vienna, Austria. During the meeting, the partners discussed the next steps of the project and worked on the next phase of development work that needs to be completed, specifically on the selection of words to be included in the alphabet books as well as a first selection of interactive activities to accompany the alphabet books.
