InTraRed: A new innovative project aiming to foster the innovation management within SMEs by specialised VET provision
- Published in News
InTraRed aims to foster the innovation management within SMEs placing particular emphasis on building new learning partnerships between the worlds of work and VET provision as fundamental elements able to create key educational bridges to reduce fragmentation in the innovation management process.
Operational in Greece, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta Slovenia, Spain our goal is to create a new modular curriculum to support business owners and functional team leaders in the SME sector to build the required skills and competences in innovation management. This will enable them to introduce formalised innovation processes in their companies and rapidly bring new innovative products and services to the market.
On the other side “of the bridge”, we will support VET professionals to be fully equipped to deliver the new innovation management curriculum and coaching their SME client groups. All training materials and resources created will be available online and free to use. These high-impact learning materials will be available through a mobile-friendly learning platform built to maximise interaction and engagement providing instant access. Follow our progress over the coming months at www.intrared.eu.
