SWPBS - Successful Completion of the Second Year

We are happy to announce that we have reached the end of the second year of the project, and have already begun our work for the third consecutive year. SWPBS is a project that aims to build school-wide inclusive, positive and equitable learning environments through a systems-change approach. To achieve this, multiple physical and online training sessions were conducted to school staff by professional and experienced external coaches, in order to ensure the adoption of evidence-based practices in the school environment, supported by the SWPBS framework.

A total of 31 schools around Cyprus participated that comprised of around 2500 students and 500 teachers. Until now, our team has received very promising results and excellent feedback from the schools that participated, in regards to the observed changes in the school environment. Despite the ongoing pandemic, we ensured a high training quality and we maintained high standards before we progressed to the implementation of Tier2.
